The photographs take can be used by Colleen Rose Photography Inc. for advertisement and promotional use. Any photographs taken by Colleen Rose Photography Inc. will not be copied or distributed without consent by Colleen Rose Photgraphy Inc. Distribution or copying photographs without consent will result in legal action.

It is understood that a minimum payment of 50.00 dollars is due the day of or before a booked session. If applies, in order to view proofs remainding session balance is due. If 50.00 dollar payment is not made on or by session date, the session will be cancelled.
